1. I would have 86ed those dogs in a heart beat

  2. Oculus doesn't make them or repair them anymore. You will have buy one from a private seller. I've seen them go as high as 120 for one controller shipped. You are probably better off buying a quest 2 at this point.

  3. I would start by reducing your retraction a bit. There is a setting in cura called "fill gaps between walls", you could also try that.

  4. I switched to open backs a few years ago and I won't go back to closed headphones.

  5. The bigger question is why do you care so much about what Reddit thinks of you? You shouldn't.

  6. You literally weigh a roll to see if you have enough filament to print your project because all the material requirements by the software are estimated in weight, normally in grams.

  7. Okay. I get that. I was just thinking in terms of... does two pounds of plastic go a long way. I really have no idea or context to compare it to.

  8. I suppose it depends on how dense you make your prints. If they are hollow you can print a lot surface area, if they are not get the point.

  9. There is no offline content for the division

  10. WD-40 is practically non conductive because it's mostly mineral oil. It typically doesnt harm electronics but might cause slow deterioration on some plastics if left for a long time. You can easily displace it with plastic safe contact cleaner.

  11. I know it's not much but I'm 21 and I wish to be like you when I grow up. I've never felt more respect for a person with the way you handle yourself

  12. I'm not sure if I'm a good role model but if there is knowledge I can share to help others I'm all for it.

  13. These are Asian honey bees. They aren't eating the paint. This species of bees is known for gathering material to place at the entrance of it's hive to conceal sent trails of scout wasps that have found them. This is an attempt to prevent the entire nest of waps from finding the hive.

  14. All war is dehumanization of the victim. It's the only way you can convince one large group of people to unquestionably kill another large group of people.

  15. There are almost no women in my industry. Probably because they don't want to work 80+ hours a week, in an environment where everything can kill you if you don't know what you are doing and everyone is gunning for your job. The one woman site manager I ran into was both a fair and brutal individual. The few women I've had to manage were fine. I treated them exactly as I treated everyone else. Show up on time and give 100% everyday.

  16. I don't think anyone has a clear answer and I doubt they will give one as it's kinda part of the brand now. They seem to operate semi anonymously and all their pictures are pretty redacted of any identifying patches. They also seem to possibly be associated with the guys from forward observation group but I could be wrong. Probably some ex operators making merch to fund their shenanigans.

  17. Overture is some of my favorite filament I have never seen a roll print anything but very good but I admit it has been a few months since I purchased from them. Was the roll still properly sealed when you received it?

  18. It honestly looked like someone resealed it. But it did not look like it was wound properly

  19. I would say bad luck. Contact overture see if you can get a replacement.

  20. I will pile on the North American Rescue band wagon. The m-fak, tork or the uscg are 3 great kits to carry. Under ZERO circumstances should you be buying a kit with a chest decomp or attempt a chest decomp unless you have advanced medical training IE: paramedic. Even with proper training feild decomp attempts have a low success rate. That being said do take a basic medical training class if you have the opportunity. Or at minimum watch some educational videos so you have less chance to do anything that would make an injury situation worse.

  21. Yes, I forgot that if I had an airway in it, so scratch that one from the list.

  22. You need more sleep. Also what time of day did you get tested?

  23. "The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings. The inherent virtue of Socialism is the equal sharing of miseries." - Winston Churchill

  24. In the short term I think DRS is still needed in the current formula but it seriously needs to be evaluated for next season. It was something brought in to help improve passing opportunities not create a near certain pass. Consecutive DRS zones need to 100% go away go away, especially if they are from one detection zone. DRS zones on high speed tracks need to be significantly shortened to prevent these stupid DRS deltas that create passing opportunities that have a zero % chance to be defended against. In the long run an aero solution will only continue to create these unequal results between cars such as insane deltas or boring DRS trains because of the nature of F1 development. In my opinion they need something other than an aero solution which will provide a more even result between teams like Indy Car push to pass.

  25. I wonder if over a kg benchy without insane infill is possible

  26. This one is at 30% cubic infill. I thought half 515 grams was enough but below is some other slicing estimates.
