Well, in the past couple weeks, the whole house a/c died, the wife's van crapped out twice and had to be towed each time, and an Uncle died. I wasn't close to the Uncle but I was to my one cousin, so that's an unplanned 4 hr each way trip with hotel later this week.

Fidelity takes 2-3 days. Your shares must be settled or it will not transfer them out.
It's a run-of-the-mill stock split just like Nvidia, Amazon, and Google did recently.
Uh shareholders did vote to approve raising the authorized shares up to 1 billion at the last shareholder’s meeting. Without that authorization this dividend wouldn’t happen.
Cuz the board met on July 4th and had a happy GMERICA day, decided on the split, filed papers yesterday and announced it today. Boom!!!
