  1. As a general rule always plead not guilty for moving violations, in nyc it’s either guilty or not guilty, just plead not guilty and say the lane was not visible or the road was dirty and couldn’t see it and see what happens

  7. Any patrol officer would be able to issue a ticket for either of those violations, but many officers have decided to stop enforcing traffic laws.

  8. The traffic division handles parking violations. Regular Cops don’t write those tickets
