  1. ZIM is probably a good add - especially if you like high dividends. By the way, what app is that?

  2. Do you see more growth in ZIM over the next 12 months?

  3. The current market conditions for shipping is really good for ZIM, however high container prices can’t stay elevated like that forever. But that fear is also what seems to suppress the price - the market is trying to price that in. Personally I could see trade sideways or hit 60 soon when / if the market calms down. It’s a good stock that does have a over the top P/E. So I would expect the stock to be at 70 after the next quarter earnings. 80 within 12 months should be very doable (and that is a conservative estimate). Mind you a worst case scenario of ZIM would be 46 according to analysts.

  4. So what is GameStop actually going to do? According to TA it was to be hammered down below 200, and now we are here. Is this going to be run up before earnings and the then a dump like the last couple of earnings? I really don’t have a read on it. Or is it going back to 50, where it then proceeds to redo January? What are payouts retards thinking?

  5. Every person I know that’s been to a GameStop lately, including on Black Friday, said they were the only ppl in the store

  6. ZIM, BIONTECH (On the Frankfurt stock exchange), O, GCM Corp (Canadian stock).

  7. Doesn’t news like this historically mean that the bank is about to blow up?

  8. Aye true, but I think it happens later on in the movie - if we go chronologically of course.

  9. It’s been an honor to serve with you lads. At open, I’ll be wiped out.

  10. Tja man kan vel altid sælge dem og trække det fra i skat af de aktier man har solgt i profit i år tænker jeg?

  11. No, I believe the earliest expected rate hike is July 2022 - as of now.

  12. Well I expect the Fed to sound more hawkish if inflation continues upwards. So they could change rate hike dates if inflation is bad in the new year. But it’s hard to predict. The way they measure inflation in the first place skews the numbers towards what they want. But so far it’s all been talk and no action anyways. I could imagine we correct further this month, and then recover and have a bullish mid to late December and January, after that it is very much up in the air and I would need to reevaluate the market conditions at the end of January. March could be a very bad month for the markets.

  13. The market has me spooked. The last week’s volatility has been rough. Specifically, the intraday swings out of the blue are too much for me.

  14. I have the same worry - but mostly for NASDAQ / tech. But at the same time it wouldn’t surprise me if we go back down to the Oktober high, and then proceed to go very bullish December and January.

  15. Seems alright with what you are doing and have. Do you mind me asking what stocks and cryptos you are in? I think that matters a lot on the long term perspective.

  16. No more stimulus, record high inflation, increasing interest rates, and new covid variant. What could go wrong?

  17. Wtf happened? Looks like I choose the wrong week to quit sniffing glue??

  18. Wondering if that stock will ever go up again, because the past ath looks pretty good.

  19. Well I think the general Chinese market is reflecting Evergrande’s ongoing bankruptcy adventures. However I don’t see it Impact the rest of the world in any way, unless big American banks sold Evergrande bonds together with A rated bonds to institutions and whatnot - that might be a problem if China lets Evergrande fall.

  20. Hehe, always kept a bit in case the cult was right. This is news I can get behind to reason why one should buy more. Maybe we repeat last January / February.

  21. Do you put a stop loss for every stock you buy, or just the speculative ones? I started investing during the GME runup, so I have some stocks that I am down on right now since I didnt put a stop loss. However, over the past couple of months, I've been buying MSFT, AAPL, VOO, and just bought PYPL. I was thinking what a good stop loss for all of those stocks would be, or are those good blue chip stocks that dont really need one as they can slowly but surely keep going up?

  22. Well personally I only really use stop loss if I’m up on a lot on a stock and I’m starting to feel insecure about it and thus want to lock in some profits. Sometimes in the form on trailing stop loss.

  23. It's no coincidence that VISA and MasterCard have been working on the sly to get their hooks into crypto. They don't know any other way to be profitable besides skimming while providing minimal value.

  24. Crypto.com has some sort of deal with visa, since you can get their cards. Visa might be feeling the heat and going more this way in the future.

  25. What if it jumps to $20 and then creates a base around $17-18. If you like the company why wait for $1-2 down. Why don’t you simply buy the stock now at $13.5 and sell covered calls one months out which will bring your average cost down to $11-12 ish

  26. Yeah if you can do that - sounds good to me - if you are in the long game.

  27. That's literally how nearly every SPAC runs. Buy into early SPAC, wait for merger, it IPOs, runs, and then dips, and now LCID is at $51, LCIDs highest was $58.

  28. I simply meant to not buy high while it’s still a spac. That’s very risky. Sorry, I could have written it more clearly.

  29. Am I wrong to think that we will have a pretty bullish run this December and January?

  30. Is it a fair call to say the market will continue to fall next week amidst the new COVID strain panic ? In that case how far does one reckon the vanguard all cap will fall, will it be similar to last year? I invested a fair amount today £15k at 86.66 but looks like I should have waited as it closed under 85.80. if it falls sharpishly to under 80/75 I will find more funds but wanted to get other people's options. Thanks

  31. Hard to tell, I reckon we fall a bit Monday and rebound the rest of the week.

  32. Is there any reason to hold REITs like O and STAG when you're young? Wouldn't It be more beneficial to just own more of something like VTI? I've seen people on here saying they only investing in REITs like these 2 and just DRIP. I love me some drip as well but I don't see it outperforming a typical index fund.

  33. Yeah, O is a very good REIT, and can act as a safer core of ones portfolio (good dividends) . But when you are young and want something safer as a core , SP500 or VTI is probably where it’s at - normally.

  34. I believe the last support is around 110, that’s when I’m buying (if it goes that far).
