I found a huge, luxurious house on the Gallery and made it into a vacation rental on Sulani. I can't recall the amount, but the daily rent was obscene. My rich Sims would go on these long vacations and do nothing but party. Sidenote: I used to have a travel mod, and one time, they got in a plane crash on the way there. So pretty much their entire vacation was spent with them away in a rabbit hole hospital while their dog ran around the house by himself. He was fine. 😆
Adeepindigo's Healthcare Redux has diseases and deaths, although my Sims usually only get things like allergies and diabetes, etc. I've only had a couple Sims die (aneurysm and heart attack).
My sim had a massive heart attack and died recently… and then came back from the hospital and carried on as usual. I was like well that one was a gimme.
you have to work as a scientist i think, then you can get abducted by aliens and male sims can get pregnant by the aliens and can either choose to keep the baby or send it home to its mother
My Sim recently got abducted and impregnated. Totally random. He isn't a scientist, he doesn't own a telescope, nothing like that. I have no idea why. 😆 But now he has a cute (???) baby girl.
I think they get abilities that manifest later. I've honestly never played one before. In her alien form, the infant is... purple? But she can disguise as a human. Right now, as an infant, she isn't doing anything unusual. I remember one of my Sims was dating a guy who turned out to be an alien. I only discovered it because out of nowhere, he wiped her memory! It was annoying, to say the least.
You might want to make a medium to large room so you can fit all the care and skill items in there and lock the door. That way, the little angel isn't taking half the day to toddle across the lot to put a dish on the table, etc. You can put a refrigerated display case and keep it stocked with food, put a potty, a dollhouse, etc -- and the kid never has to come out. 😁
To be honest, I cheated. But it became a really cool story so I went with it. Daddy #2, I forget his name, was a great guy, and he became my matriarch's BFF. Finally, I said heck with it and had him move in. Caleb was Daddy #3, and he also became great friends with everyone. I had him turn Daddy #2 into a vampire, so #2 lived in the household forever and helped raise all 100 kids.

It was Sim Nation travel by adeepindigo. It had some fun bits, but my Sims got in plane crashes too often, so I deleted it. 😆
What sweetener do they contain, if any?
I believe it's sweetened with Sucralose
