But from what I read they don’t even pay people. They get them into a contract and then sell for a lower overall price. So they are just a realtor, but promise cash and a quick turnaround that does not actually materialize.

This in turn will prop up the economy because it will push consumer sales and added bonus you get to sell your goods for cheap internationally and your citizens can’t buy foreign goods because they cost too much. So Alberta has AMVIC and other provinces have their equivalent. In Alberta, if you buy a car they should not misrepresent the car. But check out the business side of the website and the consumer. They usually spell out the rules better on the business side. Businesses hate if you make a report to them because then there is just a hassle for them and maybe a cash penalty. But give them a call/ read the website.
I have a 2016 lx with the 3.3L v6. I love it. The interior and space is perfect for me and my family. Even with the v6, I can get almost 30mpg highway (though around 23 is my usual).
I have a 2015 EX awd 3.3L V6 with 82k on it and only had to do the recalls on it thus far. Has great control in winter and I am running all seasons on it. And living in Edmonton, AB with lots of snow and ice.
When the credit card company “inquires” about your credit, thats what causes the temporary dip to your score because they have to ask from equifax/transunion.
Thank you for all the information. I am just looking for a decent rewards/ cash back credit card. Ideally, I need a different mastercard as I do a bunch of shopping at Costco. My wife and I usually split our purchases on the credit cards. And we usually only travel every 3 years. So we found that travel cards that have benefits that expire have not been ideal for us.
Go with Rogers mastercard if you have a rogers service. There are other cashback options too just filter on them in the tool and search for what suits your spending

Could be worse, my fil had a divorce and had to buyout with his wife as part of their seperation agreement. He took a cash back loan on a 2021 ram 3500 total loan was about 135k , 1900 a month for this truck to cover the loan and the extra cash he had to pile on to cover the other debts.
That is an excellent point. Provided that the price doesn’t fall too low while you hold the stocks. It could work out to your benefit to get the interest rate at a low rate.
Also Amazon stopped doing a lot of free returns on there products, I think this turned off a lot of their existing clients. I know I try to avoid shopping from there at all costs.
Sorry if someone already said this, there are a lot of comments already. One way to walk away from a house is if they didn’t build everything to code. So you can make an offer not subjected to financing, but with an inspection. And if the inspector finds for instance the city codes were likely not met. ie. did not get permits to do the work. You can totally walk away from the deal. Or you can just go to the city and find out what permits are attached with the house.

Titanium bit and drill. But go very slowly/ lightly and choose the smallest bit possible. And put the gpu in a vice too.
Or you could use a strong glue and stick it to something that you could use to twist it out.
How much is your house worth if say you could sell it for $600,000 but you have a $200,000 mortgage. I would say it is still worth $600,000.
