  19. I’d recommend deferring to the somm. The somm will ask how much you want to spend on wine and will bring you glass pours to suit what you are ordering. It worked out way better than ordering a single bottle. Highlights were aged tokai for the foie Gras supplement and half bottle of PYCM Corton Charlemagne for another course. No way I would have been able to come up with those pairings ordering by the bottle.
