I believe it’s because onion will take longer to cook than the garlic. And the longer that garlic cooks, the more mellow the flavor gets. Ergo if you want some upfront garlic flavor you should add it after the onion has cooked some

Only thing I don’t love are my tire specs . I would like to go one size thinner . I think that would fix my rubbing problem. And I never rub in the front at all, just the rear 1/10 times I drive her

The GX is definitely a Defender competitor. I’ve heard ok things about them in the short term from friends who bought them, but they’re all under warranty still and they just haven’t been around long enough to know what the long term prospects are for reliability.
Both prices are a steal in my eyes jeez. I was just quoted $23-2400 parts+labor from an indie (struts are from Autopart International) and $3843 in only PARTS from Lexus dealership 💀
The clicking is the starter solenoid, and your battery is not providing enough power. Batteries are NOT made the same as they were twenty years ago, and these cars require something pretty beefy if you aren’t driving it regularly enough to keep them charged. AGM batteries are better, but cost about 400$US. If your battery isn’t less than a year old, I doubt you could leave it parked much more than a week and expect it to start. When I go on vacation and leave the car at the airport, I have to disconnect the battery.

My buddy has a 2 year old Impreza. Barely drives it, has under 7k on it. He had to have his entire engine pulled last week due to a leaking seal. Years ago I would have said Subaru, not these days though. Reliability has to be a key factor in moreso now than ever with car purchases due to their price, the service depts at many dealerships being a circus, and many other factors. With Subaru, the reliability just isn't there anymore unfortunately. I've seen way too many issues. They are barely a step above Hyundai or Kia these days.
if you wanna go the rsr route get the oem sport shocks rather than the normal ones it'll complement the lowering springs better

Mellow? I’d say bitter as well. Hate the taste of overcooked garlic. And it’s so easy to overcook.

I was that person as well. It was either $2,000 plus for OEM or $1,245 for coilovers. I think in that situation most would choose their coilovers.

Car is CL. Double pane windows. By the way, it insulates from sounds outside of the vehicle, not within. A rattling screw would be even more audible.
